Public Offer
Passenger transportation services agreement
1. General Provisions
This public offer is an official proposal by Limited Liability Company «Raketa-Trans» (hereinafter — the Service Provider) to enter into a contract for the provision of international passenger transportation services under the terms set out below.
Acceptance of this offer is deemed to occur when a booking is placed via express-line.co.ua or through any other method provided by the Service Provider. From the moment of acceptance, the Customer (passenger) agrees to all terms of this agreement.
2. Subject of Agreement
The Service Provider undertakes to provide passenger and baggage transportation services on defined international routes (Ukraine — Croatia, Ukraine — Czech Republic and other destinations per the current schedule), and the Customer undertakes to pay for these services and comply with the terms of the agreement.
3. Booking and Payment Procedure
3.1. Bookings are made via the website, by phone, or through messengers (Telegram, Viber). To confirm a booking, the following must be provided: route, departure date, number of passengers, full name of each passenger, phone number.
3.2. Payment is made by bank transfer or cash. A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment or a separate confirmation from the Service Provider's manager.
3.3. Service prices are listed on express-line.co.ua in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH) and may change. The price fixed at the time of booking confirmation remains valid for that booking.
4. Service Conditions
4.1. Buses are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, USB chargers, and comfortable seats. Routes are operated by certified drivers in vehicles that have passed technical inspection.
4.2. Passengers must arrive at the departure point no later than 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrival by a passenger is not grounds for a refund.
4.3. Passengers may carry hand luggage and one piece of checked baggage weighing up to 20 kg. Additional pieces and overweight baggage are subject to separate charges per the Service Provider's tariffs.
4.4. To cross the border, passengers must hold a valid identity document (international passport) and any required entry documents (where applicable). The passenger is solely responsible for having the required documents.
5. Cancellation and Booking Changes
Cancellation and refund conditions are governed by the Refund Policy section of this document.
6. Liability of the Parties
6.1. The Service Provider is liable for the timely operation of routes and the safety of baggage. In the event of a delay caused by the Service Provider exceeding 3 hours, the passenger is entitled to a free ticket exchange or a full refund.
6.2. The Service Provider is not liable for delays caused by: force majeure events (natural disasters, military actions, strikes), delays at border and customs checkpoints, or adverse weather conditions.
6.3. The Customer is responsible for the accuracy of personal data provided and for holding the necessary documents to cross the border.
7. Term of Agreement and Other Provisions
The agreement takes effect from the moment of offer acceptance and remains in force until both parties have fulfilled their obligations. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend the terms of this offer by publishing a new version on the website. The agreement is governed by the laws of Ukraine.

Please provide your booking number, passenger name, and departure date when contacting us. Refunds are processed using the same payment method as the original transaction within 5–10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
Force Majeure
If a route is cancelled due to the Service Provider's fault, the passenger will receive a full refund or be offered a seat on the next available departure of their choice.
Privacy Policy
Personal data collection, processing and protection
1. Data We Collect
When using the Express Line / LLC «Raketa-Trans» website and services, we may collect the following personal data: full name; phone number; email address; date of birth (where required for border crossing); document details (passport series and number).
2. Purpose of Data Processing
We use the data collected solely for: processing and confirming bookings; contacting passengers about trip details; compliance with Ukrainian law (customs and border control); sending important notifications about order status.
With your separate consent, we may send promotional newsletters (offers, new routes). You may unsubscribe at any time.
3. Sharing Data with Third Parties
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties, except: when required by border and customs authorities; when passing data to payment systems (LiqPay, etc.) to the extent necessary to process a payment; when required by Ukrainian law.
4. Data Retention
Personal data is retained for the period necessary to fulfil the processing purpose and comply with legal requirements. Data relating to completed trips is kept for a minimum of 3 years in accordance with accounting regulations.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to: access your personal data; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion of data (except where retention is required by law); withdraw consent to data processing.
